Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@rxo.me to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ninety (90) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, groceries, beverages, etc.)

     ●     Intimate or sanitary products (lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, socks, etc.)

     ●     Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, haircare, beard oils, razors, etc. once opened)

     ●     Health & wellness items (supplements, medicines, medical devices, etc.)

     ●     Custom or personalized items (engraved, printed, monogrammed products, etc.)

     ●     Digital goods (software, downloadable content, gift cards, subscription codes, etc.)

     ●     Hazardous/flammable items (batteries, aerosols, chemicals, etc.)

     ●     Opened electronic items like headphones, earphones, or memory cards, etc. (due to data & hygiene reasons)

     ●     Sale/clearance items (final sale marked)

     ●     Gift cards or prepaid vouchers

     ●     Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

     ●     Clothing with removed tags/labels

     ●     Opened packaging where resealing is impossible

     ●     Bundled/kit items (must be returned as a whole set if allowed)

     ●     A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
